WebCrawler, a metasearch engine similar to MetaCrawler, was acquired by InfoSpace, Inc. in 2001. Results are displayed in order of relevance, including natural Web results and sponsored listings. WebCrawler offers an Advanced Search, Preferences and its own SearchSpy, identical to MetCrawler's MetaSpy, which provides recent searches by WebCrawler users.
