DexKnows.com is the IYP product for Dex Media, Inc, a division of R.H. Donnelley. A national/regional product, DexKnows.com was launched in 2007 to focus on local search capabilities offering users comparison shopping, video clips, advanced mapping, itinerary planning and personalization tools. In October 2005, Dex Media was acquired by R.H. Donnelley.

    1-800-CallDex: A voice-enabled local category search which Dex is trialing in four markets  Denver, Phoenix, Tucson and Spokane. Landline and mobile users call 1-800-CallDex (225-5339), tell the service the city and state and the Yellow Pages Category to search and finally where to search: near a landmark, intersection, neighborhood or citywide. The system will return business listings near the area searched. 1-800-CallDex is powered by Call Genie.
